Executive Coaching

You are facing a challenge, you’d like to be more effective, or more fulfilled in your role. Perhaps you have people in your life that still push your buttons; they get to you and you’re not sure how to shift the relationship.

We often feel that others need to change in order for us to be at our best or to be happy.  But relying on others to bring out the best in us, or keep us happy, is precarious at best and more often disappointing.  Facing challenges and bringing out our best selves during difficult times (or at any time), often requires that we make different choices and choose different behaviors.

Transition and Career Coaching

It’s time for a change – what used to be “the cat’s meow” in your life isn’t anymore. You long for something more meaningful, a different kind of contribution, a greater expression.

This is about helping clients make those life affirming transitions into new roles, new jobs, new chapters of life.  Despite the desire to change, this can be a time where stress and anxiety often increase.  Working together we can ease the strain and build the momentum and excitement about what’s to come.  Times of change often bring some of our most wonderful opportunities.

Group Facilitation and Team Development

Your team is great individually, and yet the magic of the “team” hasn’t emerged.

This work is about bringing out the best in your team and focusing on how to move from good to great. Teams can be like families – wonderful in some ways and also steeped in habits and patterns that are not helpful. With 20+ years of managing teams, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to this work. For team offsites and meetings, group facilitation allows both leaders and team members to contribute in ways that they often report bring a greater level of involvement and buy-in to the work and decision making that takes place.

Strategic Consulting

You have a meaty challenge ahead – one that’s important to you – and you’re not quite sure the best approach.

Sometimes having an independent person help think through an approach to a new situation or a problem can be more effective and productive than working on our own. Having someone to bounce ideas off, co-create, think through and diagram solutions can produce better results with less angst. The old two minds are better than one. Strategic consulting tends to be done in a few focused sessions.
